RSM Maintenance Completes Employee Training Center

RSM Maintenance completed construction and implementation of its new Employee Training Center in its Paramus, NJ Headquarters on February 20, 2020.
“Several team members have already gained hands on experience with some of the systems and repair techniques from our subject matter experts as we were wrapping up construction on the center,” said Rush Sherman, Vice President of Operations. “Our team was very excited to see our training areas for plumbing, electrical, signage and other key trades that we bought in several team members for training before we could even complete construction on the space!”
