On Thursday, August 10th the Executive Team of RSM Maintenance treated their employees to a catered BBQ lunch in the plaza outside of their corporate headquarters in Paramus, NJ. This annual tradition started several years ago as a way to thank employees for their contributions to the company.

The celebration featured salmon, burgers, salad, paella, water ice and many great selections. Wayne Knaub, SVP of Sales and Marketing, said, “This was my first company BBQ in the 7 ½ years I’ve been with RSM Maintenance; and I had a blast! Usually I’m traveling every year when we hold the BBQ. I was glad to have the opportunity to personally thank some of our amazing project managers.”

RSM Maintenance’s Dallas office even joined in on the festivities by going out for “REAL BBQ” according to the local team in Dallas. Several team members in that office laughed and said, “Paella?!? At a BBQ???”
